EVENT VENUE INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

 

Developed for Eagle Four and High Street Partners, the 7,000 square foot Parlur event venue at Sheraton Downtown Denver was transformed from a dated Mexican restaurant in to a rustic urban with touches of glam sophisticated event space.  Downtown Denver's most unique event space is perfect to gather with family and friends for corporate or social events.  The refined but comfortable interior combines distressed wood look flooring, charcoal woods and brick, light textured walls and drapery, wood beam ceiling accents, crystal lighting, olive and merlot seating, vintage rugs and antique mirrors provide warmth and sparkle to complete the space.

 

Shannon created the event venue interior design; prepared plans, FF&E and material reference specifications; provided construction and procurement oversight; purchase order review; and provided finishing touches. Completed in 2023.

Fun Fact:  Shannon's design inspiration for the space came a celebrity's glitzy farmhouse living room and a pair of green satin Gucci heels!
